NEW BIRTHDAY NOTIFICATIONS FOR VISITING TEACHING: For Visiting Teaching, Presidency Members can now enter birth dates for each being taught. If a birth date is entered, the teachers assigned to this sister will receive an Email reminding them a few days before their assigned sister's birthday. To enable this feature, select ASSIGNMENTS | EDIT BEING TAUGHT from the Supervisor menu.

NEW 'MISSED' REPORT: A new report now shows under REPORTS called the 'MISSED" report. This report shows all households/sisters who have not been taught at least 3 times in the past 5 months. You can use this report regularly to focus on ensuring that those household/sisters are taught. Thanks to Gary Toland for the suggestion and helping with testing it.

The problem with teachers reporting with iPhone and iPad should now be fixed. For these two devices, a totally different menu should show. Android and other devices should not be affected by this change. Please Contact Us to provide feedback.

I believe I have solved the problem with Emails going to some people's SPAM folders. Please contact us if you are still seeing the problem. Now to solve the iPhone problem.

Two Problems - We have recently encountered two technical problems. 1. GMAIL recently changed their SPAM filtering so that many automatic Emails from ReturnAndReport.org are going into the SPAM folder. We aren't sure why GMAIL is doing this and after contact GMAIL, we haven't heard anything yet. Please instruct your teachers to mark ReturnAndReport.org Emails as NOT SPAM and all future Emails will make it into the INBOX. 2. We have received word that reporting on the iPhone isn't working right now. It seems that something has changed on the iPhone because it works on any other mobile device. We are looking into a fix for this. If you have any feedback about either of these two issues (or other issues), please contact support.

ReturnAndReport.org Updates - To comply with recent Visiting Teaching changes, we have changed ReturnAndReport.org so that for Visiting Teaching, Phone and Letter contacts are no longer mandatory contact types. You can edit or remove them just as you would any custom contact type by selecting "View/Edit Contact Types" from the Supervisor Menu. If you want to keep Phone and Letter contact types, but you don't want them to count as Visited, you can change the "CountsAs" option to "Not Contacted" for those contact types. ReturnAndReport.org Updates - We made some changes to the application. A big one that we need to tell you about is that automatic Emails will no longer be sent from a Presidency Member. From now on, they will always originate from donotreply@returnandreport.org. This is necessary to prevent Email from being incorrectly identified as SPAM. The sender of the Email now shows in the footer. Your teachers may use the information in the footer to reply to automatic Emails sent from ReturnAndReport.org. ReturnAndReport.org now offers volume pricing - You now have the ability to purchase 3 or more subscriptions at once at a discounted rate. On the Renew Subscription screen, there are now options to purchase and redeem Credit Codes. You can purchase a credit code and give it to others who need it to renew their groups or keep it for your own personal use. Credit codes do not expire. If you have any trouble with using this feature, please Contact Us and we will fix any issues.

ReturnAndReport.org version 4.7.1 released - We have just published an update that significantly changes the back-end database so that each Email address only has one password. This was a problem that has existed for a long time that is finally resolved. Previously, an Email address could have a different password if it was in different groups. This created the possibility of a person's password changing unintentionally. Unfortunately, this was a very complex change and there could be some bugs, so please report any issues you may find here. Thank you for your patience. We will resolve any issues as soon as possible. In rare occasions, this update could have caused your password to change. Simply use the 'Retrieve My Passcode' option to get your updated password if this has happened to you.

ReturnAndReport.org turns 5 - 5 years ago, I published the first version of ReturnAndReport.org. Since then, tens of thousands of people have used it to assist them with their Home/Visiting Teaching duties. ReturnAndReport.org version 4.7 is almost ready and will be deployed soon.
